If you are anything like me you are
grateful for any help you can get that makes the
achievement of the elusive goal of 'long term
sustainable weight loss' just a little more
attainable.
Well, that is why I have
put this site together, in order to pass on some useful weight
loss information and also some tools and resources that might
just serve to make your 'weight loss journey' a little
easier, a little swifter and a lot more certain.

This has developed out of my
desire to share the knowlege and experience that I have
gained as a result of my own weight loss journey in
the hope that it can help you to acheive similar results
also.
I mainly acheived my weight loss
success by following a particular
program -Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat, Feed The
Muscle", which is reviewed in depth on the sister website
at www.BurnTheFatExposed.com
. However, I have since
developed a substantiual breadth and depth of
understanding of this topic, much of which I would
like to pass on to you through this
website, such that it will be of benefit to you
in helping and encouraging you in the achievment of
permanent and sustainable weight
loss.
In being closely involved in this subject for a number of
years I have been exposed to a vast amount of weight loss
information (and disinformation!) and a huge number of weight
loss plans, programs and resources ranging from tremendously
vauable to the totally worthless (or in some cases even
downright dangerous!). I beleve that my deep personal
involvement has given me some valuable insights into many
aspects of the weight loss paradigm which I would now like to
share with you through my free report, which I have called
"Hidden Weight Loss Secrets", and
which you can get just by joining my mailing list.
I have also tried to use the
website to pass on information and resources about a wide range
of weight loss topics, so please take the time
to look carefully at the all the items on this site.

One of
the most popular of these is my Excel Food Diary which I developed as
a vital aid in loosing the weight that I did and keeping
careful track of my daily calorie and macronutrient intake.
This is available as a free resource to members of my

If you lead a time pressured, hectic life you may find the

provide a solution to the difficulties posed to losing weight
when you don't have enough time for proper meal planning (or
simply can't be bothered with all the hassle!).
On the exercise front there a couple of topics about
kit and equipment that may be of interest to you,

& Fitness). There is also a section where you can
browse and buy arange of ebooks &
reports on
helpful subjects such as 'getting started with fitness &
body building' and 'dealing with
cellulite'.
At some stage in the future
I hope to be able to add a review of diet
supplements (in addition to the one about the natural appetite

Hoodia
Gordonii ) that are
useful in supporting you on your weight loss journey (this is
one area of the weight loss market that is full of hype and
misinformation!). There are also a couple of special
reports on the site that may be of particular interest to
anyone concerned with increasing their protein intake and/or
