The survey carried out with Weight Loss Successories subscribers showed that the topic of most interest was help with meal planning, with nearly two thirds of respondents interested in information about resources to help with this.

In addition, almost one third of respondents were interested in aids to help with calorie counting  and/or calculating food macronutrient ratios.

I can certainly empathise with these needs because in trying to successfully implement Tom Venuto's 'Burn The Fat' program myself, I found getting to grips with these issues something of a pain in the posterior!

Trying to keep tabs on all this stuff was both time consuming and irritating, but nevertheless vital, as I found that simply "winging" it didn't work (as things soon went off course if I failed to keep track of my food intake properly). In the end I created spreadsheets in Excel for this purpose but I ended up spending far too much of my time poring over calorie tables and inputting data!

Well it appears that two guys -Jayson Hunter and Dr Chris Mohr- who are both experts in the fitness and nutrition world, have come up with a handy little software tool that takes care of all this for you!

  • Pinpoint your exact calorie requirements by entering your specific data (height, weight, gender, etc) and choosing from 94 different exercise categories.

It certainly seems to take a lot of the grief out of this tedious but so important area of your weight loss journey and I wish this had been available when I was slogging it out with my spreadsheet on a daily basis!
