this.

In addition, almost one third of respondents
were interested in aids to help with calorie
counting and/or calculating food macronutrient
ratios.
I can
certainly
empathise with these needs because in trying to
successfully implement Tom Venuto's 'Burn The Fat' program
myself, I found getting to grips with these issues something of
a pain in the posterior!
Trying to keep
tabs on all this stuff was both time consuming and irritating,
but nevertheless vital, as I found that simply "winging" it
didn't work (as things soon went off course if I failed to
keep track of my food intake properly). In the end I created
spreadsheets in Excel for this purpose but I ended up spending
far too much of my time poring over calorie tables and
inputting data!
Well
it appears that two guys -Jayson Hunter and Dr Chris Mohr-
who are both experts in the fitness and nutrition world, have
come up with a handy little software tool that takes care of
all this for you!
They created "Meal Plans 101" as an
alternative to the generic "one size fits all" type of
diet program to help people put a stop to the endless calorie
counting of foods that they believe tends to lead to
frustration and failed goals. Their objective has been to
create software that allows people to individualize their meal
plans to fit their own needs.
The software is designed so that you
can:
- Choose your own nutrient ratio
percentages and calorie & exercise
needs
- Use a push button system to
record and track your results
- Design unlimited meal plans within
minutes as your needs and preferences
change
- Choose from over 13,000 food options
to create limitless options for enjoyable
meals.
- Pinpoint your exact calorie
requirements by entering your specific data (height,
weight, gender, etc) and choosing from 94 different
exercise categories.
It certainly seems to take a lot of the
grief out of this tedious but so important area of your weight
loss journey and I wish this had been available
when I was slogging it out with my spreadsheet on a daily
basis!
The best way to quickly get an
understanding of what this cool piece of software can do is to
look at the Video Tutorial showing exactly how it all
works.
Clicking on the link below will take you
directly to the Video Tutorial page so you can see for yourself
whether acquiring this clever little tool could make your
life a whole lot easier (and keeping to your weight loss
program more a bit more certain!)

Plan 101 Video Tutorial <<
If the video convinces you
that this is the hassle fee solution to this problem that
you have been seeking (I must say I found it pretty
convincing!) then there is a "Purchase" link underneath the
video window to go to the Order Page.
At $87 the software couldn't be described as dirt cheap but if
I think of the hours that I have spent juggling with this stuff
(not to mention the frustration!) then I think it is likely to
be worth every cent.
If you want to see the full sales letter
for the software then click on the Home link on the Video Tutorial
page.
Kind regards & best wishes for your
continued weight loss success.
