"Fat Loss Without Exercise!"-Oh
Really?
Introducing... "Fat Loss 4
Idiots" (The program that claims to offer Advanced
Dieting Methods
& Fat Burning Techniques)
This one has really got me guessing! I am hugely skeptical
but...there is also something intriguing about
this.
Anyone who has looked at any of my websites or
read any of my reports will know that I am a firm believer
(having been converted from a lifelong unbeliever!) in the need
for an effective weight loss program to contain a serious
fitness/exercise element.
Therefore when I came across a new diet program
called "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" recently, I was about to dismiss it
out of hand but I decided to find out a bit more, just it out
of curiosity.
The authors of this program claim something
that is tantamount to "Heresy" to me (as a
relatively new disciple of the exercise deity), which
is that you can
successfully lose weight in the long term by dietary
means alone! Now there are plenty of people out
there claiming this and then pushing a vast array of pills,
patches and potions at you that are supposed to just melt fat
whilst you sleep! These are all, pretty much without
exception, just so much garbage and fly in the face of
most sound nutritional science.
The "big bad bogey man" who is principally
responsible for thwarting peoples efforts to achieve weight
loss in the long term just by dieting, is of course their
metabolism and the way it reacts to calorie deprivation. This
is why programs such as BFFM insist that an exercise dimension
is so essential to the program in order to counteract
this.
This is where the "The Fat Loss 4 Idiots"
program gets interesting because they are claiming to have a
new angle on this and that their program uses a unique approach
to get around this problem with diet alone.... Hmmm?
This is the gist of what is on offer:
|
They claim to have invented a new
type of diet and maintain that if
you rotate your eating patterns, it takes
a few days before your metabolism adjusts
itself to those new patterns, and their
new dieting technique exploits this, to force
fat burning to happen.
Apparently, the idea is not really about
rotating your overall calorie intake but to
promote weight loss by shifting the type
of calories that you eat
Because your metabolism doesn't know how much
food you'll eat in the future your body always
burns calories based on your eating habits
during the past few days because it
assumes that you'll continue to eat in the same
general way.
Therefore you need to shock your metabolism by
doing the opposite of what it
expects by not
continuing to eating the same types of calories
and meals for more than a couple days at a
time, and they claim that you can lose a lot of
weight by doing this. This is because by
shifting the types of calories you
eat, your metabolism will burn all of the
calories eaten and it will then find the
nearest available fat tissue and burn that
too.
Their plan is based on having a diet
menu that is shifted every few
days and they suggest that, because
this is something you've never tried
before, this is why you've never been able
to lose weight in the long term when
dieting ordinarily.
In order for this dieting technique to
work the plan requires that you eat foods
which have been rated "Fat Burning
Compatible", because the foods you eat
must be easy to burn (so that your metabolism
will burn them entirely and then switch to
burning your fat tissue after that).
To make this plan simple to follow they
have created an online diet
generator which automatically
computes everything for you ,
and gives you a tailor
made menu each day, so that you don't have
to calculate anything while shifting your
calories.
They have called this new diet the
"Idiot Proof Diet".
The idea is that the "Idiot Proof
Diet" will constantly vary the daily
menus to take in every possible type of
calorie, constantly shifting from one type of
calorie to the next, in order to ensure steady
weight loss, and because everything is
computed for you there is
therefore no need for calorie counting or label
reading.

Well...It all sounds very plausible, but I am just not
sure.
For myself (at least until someone convinces me otherwise) I
will stick to BFFM-I know it works!
However I know many people have shied away from BFFM just
because of the need to commit to the exercise and muscle
building aspect of the program.
If you are one of those people then "Fat
Loss 4 Idiots" might be just what you are looking
for.
What I need is someone (or even better a number of people)
to try this out and report back on its effectiveness-any
volunteers?
Well anyway, here is the link to the "Fat Loss 4 Idiots"
website in case you would like to check this out:
www.FatLoss4Idiots.com.
If you do give it a go I would love to hear about how you
get on with it.
To your fat loss success.
